🇮🇳 INDIA SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within India through our website.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- During festivals or sale events, processing may take longer.
2. Delivery Time Within India
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Interior Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on courier service, weather conditions, and your PIN code.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a specific value (if applicable).
- COD orders may include an additional handling fee (if applicable).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only on eligible PIN codes.
- In some cases, order confirmation by call/WhatsApp may be required.
- Fake or refused COD orders will result in blocking COD service for future orders.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to get updated by the courier.
6. Courier Partners
We ship orders using trusted courier partners such as:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Ekart
- XpressBees
- Ecom Express
The courier is automatically selected based on your location for fastest delivery.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your address, phone number, and PIN code are correct.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.
- If the parcel returns due to incorrect details, reshipping charges will apply.
8. Delivery Attempts
The courier will make 2–3 attempts to deliver the parcel.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable:
- The parcel may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply for sending again
9. Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather issues
- Festivals and holidays
- Courier transportation delays
- Natural calamities
- Strikes or containment zones
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
10. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives in damaged, opened, or tampered condition:
- Do NOT accept the parcel, and
- Immediately take photos/videos and notify us within 24 hours.
We will coordinate with the courier for a resolution.
11. Non-Delivery Due to Customer
If an order is:
- Refused by the customer
- Not accepted
- Address found incomplete
- Phone unreachable
- Returned to origin (RTO)
Then:
- Prepaid order shipping fees are non-refundable
- COD orders will not receive refunds
- Re-delivery will require additional shipping charges
